Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using our website (the "Service") operated by ThingsToDoInMerzouga ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Bookings

By booking an activity through our Service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Communication for bookings is primarily handled via WhatsApp.

2. Payments

Payments for activities are typically made in person in Merzouga unless otherwise specified. We accept payment in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), and in some cases, Euros or US Dollars may be accepted at the current exchange rate.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that travel plans can change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time will receive a full refund if a deposit was paid.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the activity.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Participant Responsibility

All participants must adhere to the safety instructions provided by our guides. Certain activities (like Quad Biking) carry inherent risks, and participants undertake them at their own risk. We are not responsible for any personal injury or loss/damage of personal property. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from your participation in our activities is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
